A snapshot of our residential and mixed-use development projects is as follows: 

  • Advising on a 1,500 lot multi-staged residential flat land project in the Whitsundays (including the sale of lots off the plan)
     

  • Advising on a land subdivision for a 750 lot residential flat land development in North Queensland
     

  • Advising on a 300 lot strata title residential flat land subdivision in Gladstone
     

  • Advising on a 180 lot mixed-use (retail and residential project) in inner Brisbane with a layered scheme and volumetric titling arrangement
     

  • Advising on a 155 lot mixed-use (commercial, retail and residential) project in Brisbane’s middle ring
     

  • Advising on a 100 lot strata titled mixed use (retail and residential) project in Brisbane’s inner fringe
     

  • Advising on numerous other strata titled residential projects with layered scheme arrangements throughout South East Queensland between 50 and 80 lots

 
 

A selection of our current and recent involvement in relation to our transactional work is as follows: 

  • Acting in the due diligence and acquisition of a $280m retail centre from a listed international fund with over 200 tenants
     

  • Acting in the due diligence and acquisition of a $100m health care facility
     

  • Acting in the disposal of an $80m industrial asset for a large Queensland-based fund
     

  • Acting on the acquisition of portfolio of regional homemaker centres / retail centres valued at $75m
     

  • Acted on the acquisition of an A-grade CBD office building on behalf of an interstate investment fund with a transaction value of $55m
     

  • Advising on the acquisition and relevant licensing issues as part of the acquisition of various hotels in an aggregate transaction value of $40m
     

  • Advising on the acquisition of a commercial office park with a transaction value of $30m located in the trade coast precinct of Brisbane
     

  • Advising on a range of acquisitions and disposals ranging from $5m - $15m of service stations and childcare centres
     

  • Advising on the disposal of a major residential park home facility to an ASX listed property trust worth $25m
     

  • Advising a private entity on the leasing up of a portfolio of 80 commercial and retail tenancies in Fortitude Valley
     

  • Management of the leasing for an industrial tenant of 180 sites nationally
     

  • Advising a government health services provider on its leasing portfolio
     

  • Advising a Queensland-based fashion retailer on all of its leasing requirements and negotiations with institutional landlords throughout Queensland
